Ten years ago, when we designed Ecopots, no one had heard about the ‘plastic soup’. Recycled materials for flower pots and planters were not even on the radar. However, we recognized the importance and potential of using recycled materials in our products. This belief continues to drive us today.

But that’s only part of the story. To us, design and functionality are just as crucial. In our philosophy, durability goes beyond just reusing or recycling materials. It’s also about creating products that are built to last. Ecopots are not only robust, but their design and color choices are timeless. They are beautiful today, tomorrow, and even ten years from now. We believe that the most durable products are the ones you don’t have to replace year after year.

Ecopots embodies the Scandinavian design ethos. This philosophy aims to create a peaceful and uncluttered home as a counterbalance to our hectic and stressful lives. It is characterized by clean lines, minimalism, and the use of natural colors and materials. In November 2020, Ecopots became the first brand in our sector to receive both CO2 Neutral company and CO2 Neutral Product certifications.

About the Ecopots Oslo

The Ecopots Oslo seamlessly merges classic and modern styles. Made from recycled materials and featuring a rubber plug at the bottom, it is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. Sizes range from 25 to 55 cm.

Are Ecopots 100% waterproof?

While most are, not all Ecopots are completely waterproof. Some pots have a rubber plug at the bottom which, although secure, may allow some water to leak out. We recommend using a saucer with pots that have a rubber plug.

What are Ecopots made from?

Ecopots are crafted from recycled plastics, with up to 80% recycled materials used in their production.

Are Ecopots recyclable?

Yes, Ecopots are recyclable. With a lifespan of over 10 years, they are built to last. However, when their life cycle does come to an end, they can be fully recycled.

Are Ecopots for indoor or outdoor use?

Both! Larger pots come with a drainage plug at the bottom, making them suitable for outdoor use. For indoor use, we recommend using a saucer to catch any excess water.
